Privacy

Beamboard is an early-access product operated by Big Freight Life. This notice explains what we collect during the private beta and how we use it. We keep it deliberately short and will expand it as the product grows.

What we collect

Waitlist: the email address you submit so we can notify you when your invite is ready. Account:if you’re invited and sign in, your name and email (handled by our authentication provider). Content: the storyboards, frames, and sketches you create in the app.

How we use it

To operate the waitlist, provide the service, and communicate with you about the beta. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your board content for anything other than delivering the service to you and the people you share it with.

Service providers

We rely on Clerk (authentication), Convex (database and sync), and Vercel (hosting) to run Beamboard. Your data is processed by these providers solely to operate the service.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your waitlist entry or account data at any time by emailing privacy@bfl.design.
